    Cosmetics & Makeup: Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened cosmetic and makeup products. Jewelry: Returns and exchanges are accepted within 5 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Non-Returnable Items: Items on sale or marked as final sale are non-returnable.

  5. Cancellation Policy
